I have discovered a wonderful small business, “Peace Love and Buttercream” and I had to share this with you ladies and Gents. Owner Charo Phipps is in one word amazing. She has a gift and is sharing it with the world. Charo is a baking “queen” if you ask me. She can create almost anything you can dream up. Ms. Phipps bakes custom order cakes, cupcakes, cookies/cookie bouquets, chocolate suckers, and other candy creations. The great thing about this small business is she is affordable!!


It’s rare to find quality at a price you can afford. Ms. Phipps bakes her cakes/ cookies from scratch all the way down to the icing.
